Hello Colleagues,

As part of a new workflow, we are asking that this Agenda Request Form be used for all requests to be included on the agenda for upcoming School Meetings. The form will allow you to identify whether you wish to present on a topic, or to add an announcement to the agenda that is sent out to attendees. It will also allow you to select the date of the school meeting you would like to be included on, to add details regarding your request and information being shared, and to upload any slides and documents related to the agenda item/announcement. The Dean’s team will then be able to review and coordinate the requests for the next meeting(s).

Starting today, please use the form for new and existing requests regarding the following school meetings. Email or teams requests will be directed to this form as well.

May 8

School Retreat (Date TBD)

If you have already emailed me about the upcoming school meeting (March 1), please still complete the form so that I can track all requests.
