Our Services

The school’s facilities team manages functions related to maintenance and the day-to-day operations of Carroll Hall and Curtis Media Center. Our services include:
  • Facilitating emergency/disaster preparedness efforts.
  • Managing building access requests.
  • Serving as the initial contact for construction and renovation projects, environmental issues, and safety hazards and violations.
  • Handling utility problems, such as heating and air conditioning, electrical, and telephone issues.
  • Reporting all repairs and maintenance problems to the campus facilities office.
  • Space planning and managing office assignments.
  • Coordinating parking assignments.
