World Travel, Inc. supports the University with all travel reservations booked via Concur Travel or booked directly with their agent team. A designated team of agents is available to help University travelers Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. They can be reached at 877-602-4950 or uncch_travel@worldtravelinc.com. Please note that calls are prioritized over email requests so if you have an urgent need for assistance, please call the agent team.
In addition to the designated agent team, World Travel also provides after hours support from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. EST on weekends and holidays. The after-hours team should only be contacted when there is an urgent need to book, exchange or cancel a reservation. The after hours team should be reached at 877-602-4950 as they do not have access to emails sent to uncch_travel@worldtravelinc.com. Please note that calls made to the after hours team may incur an additional fee.
As a reminder, Procedure 1501.3 on Air Travel requires that all airfare purchases must be made through the University travel program (Concur Travel, World Travel, Inc., or Anthony Travel for Athletics) unless an exception applies as outlined in the procedure. Documentation must be obtained at the time of booking to validate the request for an exception.
