The biennial UNC System Office Employee Engagement Survey is around the corner and will be open March 25 to April 8. The survey is available to full-time permanent employees at all UNC System schools. The survey is available ONLY online, and only full-time permanent employees hired as of Jan. 31, 2024, are eligible to take the survey.
Beginning Monday, March 25, all eligible employees will receive emails from ModernThink LLC, the consulting firm that is administering the survey. The email contains a unique login and password that employees will use to take the survey. This survey is voluntary and neither the University nor UNC System will have access to individual employee responses.
