BRIDGES Academic Leadership Program offers a unique opportunity for women and individuals in higher education to nurture and fortify their leadership capacities within the academic sphere.

Entering its thirty-second year, BRIDGES promises to be an enriching experience for both participants and the institutions they represent. A portion of the 2024 program will be conducted in-person, with the remaining sessions held live online via the Zoom meeting platform.

The BRIDGES experience will feature captivating keynote speakers, dynamic sessions, and ample networking opportunities. The program structure spans four weekend sessions, scheduled from September 27 to November 23, 2024. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts, partake in peer discussions and case studies, exchange ideas, forge connections, and learn from one another. Program presenters hail from esteemed institutions in the region, complemented by consultants brought in to enhance specific areas of the curriculum.

The Class of 2024 will comprise forty prestigious participants. The application deadline is May 15, with a program fee of $2,500 covering instruction, educational materials, the leadership assessment tool, and meals during in-person sessions. Comprehensive BRIDGES program details and application information can be found online at: BRIDGES Academic Leadership Program.
