Employee Preparedness Guide

In an emergency situation, including an imminent threat of harm to self or others, please call the UNC Police Department at 919-962-8100 or call 911.

If your concern involves discrimination and harassment, including sexual and gender-based harassment, sexual violence, interpersonal violence, or stalking, please submit an EOC Report Form.

First Aid Kits

First aid kits are available in Carroll Hall and will be available soon in Curtis Media Center. Each first aid kit comes with a tag with the home location and an inventory list of what should be included in each kit. On behalf of the business office team, Colin Stepien will restock the items in the kit monthly. However, if you find that items need to be replenished, please contact the business office inbox (HussmanBusinessOffice@unc.edu), and we will initiate the restocking process. Please see the list of rooms below to locate a first aid kit. Signage has been added at the entrance of each room indicating their designation as a first aid kit location.

  • Business Office (CA-074-079)
  • Undergraduate Hub (CA-153-162)
  • Park Library (CA-266)
  • Graduate Student Lounge (CA-332)
  • (Tentative) Faculty and Staff Workroom (CA-261)
  • (Tentative) Curtis Media Center lounge (CT-203)

Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s)

AED’s, one each for Carroll Hall and Curtis Media Center, are currently being procured. We expect installation will occur this summer.
