Faculty Promotion and Tenure Guidelines (last updated February 16, 2022)

The Promotion and Tenure committee members will review the post-tenure materials and produce a written report to the dean on the faculty member’s accomplishments and plans. The dean and the committee chair review the report with the faculty member and make the report part of the permanent employee record. The faculty member is given the opportunity to provide a written response, if so desired, and that response becomes part of the employee record.
