Embedded Councelor

UNC Husssman has partnered with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) to offer the services of an embedded counselor for students enrolled in our programs.

Carolyn Ebeling (they/them) works exclusively with Hussman majors and minors to support them in their mental health journey. Carolyn is available to students by appointment only and works Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. Students can schedule a meeting with Carolyn by emailing them at cebeling@email.unc.edu. Carolyn is also available for class presentations at any point during the semester, during which they will give information about CAPS services, share how students can get connected and answer any questions that may come up.

Career Services

Our Career Services team would love to speak with your students. Hussman Career Services helps prepare undergraduate and MA students for the next steps post-graduation. Whether it’s a quick 10-minute overview or a longer presentation, we would be happy to gear it toward your class.

Pending staff availability, we are also offering “Don’t Cancel Your Class” service.  If you need to be out, don’t cancel class, have a member of the career services come in and teach!
